¤ Food Of Switzerland
|
One arrives in Saas Fee, in a German speaking area of Switzerland . One must either walk or take an electric mini-car, such as the one sent from our hotel to ferry us and our luggage a few blocks to our accommodations. We stayed the night in Saas-Fee at the sparkling clean, comfortable and quiet Hotel Schweizerh, whose look is typical Swiss chalet. The rooms are modern and there is swimming pool and a restaurant on site. At the restaurant, guests can take pleasure in a full breakfast buffet each morning. Our meal began with an appetizer of lovely, light pumpkin soup, accompanied by a sliver of savory pumpkin tart. Next came a specialty of the house, chicken roasted in straw. The only thing that rivals the food is the restaurant's setting. It perches above Saas-Fee on a thickly wooded hillside and the terrace offers magnificent scenes of the valley below and the surrounding Alps . The hotel rooms here are also beautifully bedecked and boast the same scenic views. The next morning we were up early to get on the cableway to the top of the mountains.
For most of the way, the cable car follows a traditional path, suspended high above the valley below. But about five minutes or so of the trip is through the inside of the mountains, aboard the Metro Alpine, the highest underground cableway in the world. Skiing in Saas-Fee is a year-round sport. After leaving the Ice Pavilion and skipping over the Alps via helicopter, we began our tour of Grimentz, located in a French-speaking area of Switzerland known as Val d'Anniviers. After our walk through Grimentz' Old Town , we drove to a nearby camping and picnic area for a cookout, Swiss-style. Our trip of this European region was worth seeing.

¤ Europe's Italy
|
Europe is a hot summer destination, in more ways than one. Temperatures can reach uncomfortable levels, along with humidity that makes you just want to stop what you're doing and take a shower. Crowds throng the beaches, As you may have guessed, summer is not my personal favorite for a trip to Europe . For others, summer is the only time that they can go, and there are certain advantages. For one, everything is open and many museums and other sites have extended hours. The days are long, and if you venture to the far north, they are endless. Summer is also a great time to lounge at outdoor cafes, soaking in the sun and street life. So with a little bit of planning, some of summer's travel hiccups can be avoided. When talking about summer in Europe then my first option is Italy . I have been to Italy twice before, but never to Venice , and I am really looking forward to it. Plus I will be there in October, and the weather should be cooler and the swarms of tourists should be thinned out. Italy is a admired destination for tourists, there's no doubt about. There's just something about the land, the people, the culture and the way of life. The land has a very long and tartan history, rising and falling from greatness, settling into darkness and then lifting itself up from the ruins once again. This is the land which brought up Leonardo DaVinci,Versace, Michaelangelo, Dante, Botticelli , Italy is absolutely tagged as land of traditions. |

¤ Sweden's Charm |
Sweden is one of the most inexpensive travel destinations in Europe . This declaration would have raised some eyebrows a few years back, but it has become veracity. US travelers love Europe, just like Europeans love to see the US . Some American tour operators and travel agencies even expect to sell more trips. If you want to see Europe without losing too much money, you should pick destinations that have not switched to the euro. Sweden is a great choice. Sweden is an EU, to check if prices in the Nordic country are really that much lower; I compared prices of three well-located three-star hotels in the Swedish capital Stockholm with similar hotels in the popular capitals of two cities, Paris and Rome . And those are just hotel rates. Restaurant prices in Stockholm have gone down in recent years as well, at least for foreigners. Stockholm is often called the most striking capital in the world, and rightly so. The city is built on 14 islands and has another 24,000 just around the corner. Wherever you go you will always get a sight of water. It's a very green city too. Stockholm is the only capital in the world with a legally protected national park within the city borders. The city has about 100 museums that are all different and tempting to all ages - and many even have free admission. The vivacious nightlife and modern shopping district keep you busy after sightseeing, while the calm atmosphere and strikingly spotless streets only add to your holiday mood. Catch you in Sweden this year ! |

¤ Ireland And Golf |
Ireland golf is extraordinary, exclusive one - don't miss the chance to come. There is no coolest place to play golf in the entire world than in Ireland .
Ireland has always created great golfers and recent Ryder Cup matches have turned on the skills of the Irish. The Ryder cup near Dublin promises to be the best organized and most thrilling event on the golfing calendar. For many visitors to Ireland or Scotland the opportunity to play on an olden seaside links course is a large part of the pull. But links golf does supply a exclusive experience and will test both your endurance and your golf game in a way completely unlike anything you might have formerly experienced.
One of the joys of an Ireland golf tour is that even the best of the courses and clubs will welcome visitors. Book ahead to guarantee a top time and visit the website of the club ahead of your visit. Get a feel for local rules about dress and protocol. The world is full of golf courses but there is no country can blow your own horn as many shining jewels as Ireland . An Ireland golf tour can make your trance a reality. You can discover the potential of an Ireland vacation while landing there. |

¤ Cruise To Stunning Norway |
Norway is our desired destination at the moment. The landscape is just as spectacular as the people are welcoming and cooperative. It was bizarre to be footing on the world's most northerly mainland point and we are now looking forward to a fishing cabin holiday. We've seen the Midnight Sun before, but it's a great experience every time. We have experienced something new and thrilling every day, particularly when we've been onto land and experienced something of the indigenous culture. Hope rise as their move toward to the Troll fjord is announced. A 3 kilometer long, 90 meter wide fjord is a strange experience in a large ship. It doesn't matter that it's raining either: the top deck has glass walls and we're warm and dry in our deckchairs as the whole scene is served to us on a gold platter while we're drinking our afternoon coffee. We sense something beautiful, something stimulating, as if we are part of something much larger in this slim fjord. My trip on a cruise can safely be called the world's most striking voyage. |

¤ Europe Features Off Season Bargains |
A trip to Europe is the vacation of a lifetime. There are unlimited attractions and sights to see across the continent. Weather and cost are the biggest factors in determining the best times to travel. The time just before and after the high summer season are the best times to travel for both good weather and lower prices. In the colder months, the southern countries offer mild weather for an enjoyable vacation experience. If you favor good weather, the winter is not recommended for seeing northern Europe. From December through February, cold, wet and gray weather is typical and days are short for actitivites. If cost is the major travel factor, though, the cheapest prices are found in winter. Greece and Italy would be fine choices if a winter vacation is scheduled. Other benefits are attached to winter travel. Exciting winter festivals are commonplace, and big cities like Paris have wonderful Christmas deocrations. The biggest benefit of winter travel is that you will see fewer other tourists. Your experience will be more authentic, seeing European life without the crush of people. Most of Europe is still chilly and wet in early spring, particularly in the north, meaning the streets are still uncrowded. Weather is, however, warm enough for outdoor tours and sightseeing, though usually not great for swimming. During this season, prices for hotels and airfare are reasonable, so budget-minded travelers take advantage. May and June are among the best months to visit most European countries. The weather is warm on most of the continent and it's still uncrowded. There are a variety of festivals and cultural events throughout Europe in May and June. Because the tourist season hasn't started into full swing yet, you can get good deals on accommodations and plane fare. An added benefit is few lines at most tourist attractions and plenty of room on tours and in restaurants.
When summer arrives and schools let out, Europe becomes super busy. Lodging fills up and almost everything becomes more expensive with the increased demand. Long lines are typical at the popular tourist sites. If you must travel in the summer, visit the northern countries. These areas are less crowded and the weather is beautiful. The Edinburgh festival in Scotland goes on for most of the month of August. |

¤ Vienna Capital Of Austria |
Vienna has long been popular as one of the mainly attractive cities in Europe . The construction is glorious, there are plentiful gardens, and it's a pedestrian's heaven. The Hofburg Palace was begun in the 13th century, then expanded and altered for centuries, incorporating numerous architectural styles. Like all good European royalty, the Habsburgs also had their summer palace. An irresistible experience of embellishment. The gardens are very stunning, and well matched to a calm wander. Although the directory of places to visit in Vienna is very long, you certainly don't want to miss Maria Theresa Platz. Flanked on two sides by the matching museums of Fine Art and of Natural History, it's an outstanding place to sit and reflect the beauty of Vienna . Both museums are also value losing you in for a while. As a final touch to the day, the Prater Amusement Park is full of traditional delights. The huge ferris wheel in the centre of the park provides a great view of the city at night, and may provide a sense for those who enjoy spy movies.
Several people pass through Vienna in a rush on their whistle stop tour of Europe , and neglect on this city's many beauties and allure. Mention the city of Salzburg , in Austria , and it's amazing how many people burst into their favorite song from "The Sound of Music". Despite this, Salzburg has another claim to musical fame - it was the birthplace of Mozart. With much of its central city relatively untouched for centuries, Salzburg also offers the chance to see magnificent architecture in abundance. No trip to Salzburg would be complete without a visit to Festung Hohensalzburg - the Hohensalzburg Fortress. This old building dominates the old part of Salzburg , sitting on a hill above the city. You can be lively and walk 15 minutes up the hill to reach it. When you reach the top, if you respire hasn't already been taken away by the walk, it will be when you see the stunning views in so many directions. You can pay to visit the interior of the fortress, which includes a charming look at everything. If you have plans to visit Austria , then make sure you include Salzburg on your route. There is so much to enjoy and esteem, and something to suit everybody's experience. |

¤ Skiing Vacations For the Heart |
Australia, Europe, Scandinavia and the United States are very popular skip trip destinations for travelers. Australia, even though very hot most of the time, has some of the finest slopes during the winter. Europe has the most well- known and visited ski slopes, the Alps. Scandinavia is well, Scandinavia. And then there's the United States that boast with the grandest of slopes in the States of Colorado, Nevada and Utah. Let's not forget the Olympics at Salt Lake City, Utah. Going on a ski vacation is a wonderful experience or as the saying goes - let your hair down and have some fun. Skiing is the greatest thing in the world for people who like being out in the cold. Not only can you enjoy skiing, but also enjoy the sport of snowboarding or snowmobiling. Skiing trips are great destinations for a romantic getaway any time of the year; that is why many travel agencies provide them in their honeymoon packages. It can't get any better when you combine a romantic liaison with skiing. Another activity in which you can take part in during a ski vacation is dog sledding or tobogganing. These are some of the most exhilarating activities in the world. There is nothing like the howling of the dogs and their excitement as they anticipate beginning to run. As soon as they are off there is no sound except their feet hitting the packed snow. Or the thrill of the sliding toboggan as it heads down an icy slope. After all this hard work outdoors in the cold you will definitely want to come inside for some rest and relaxation. Many romantic skiing vacation packages include a warm candle light dinner next to a cozy fire and a warm port for afterwards. Playing all day and relaxing in the evening is a great way to spend vacation time no matter what the occasion. The Internet has numerous sites to help you choose a skiing vacation. The best packages for your dollar are the one's that can book everything for you including your air transportation to and from your vacation site, the lift tickets to the slopes, your accommodations and car rental. You can find companies that can offer an all inclusive package. You might even want to include activities off the slopes such as touring local attractions, getting pampered at the nearest health spa or taking skiing lessons while on vacation. Whatever you choose, purchasing packages that include all you desire will make your vacation easier, more affordable with lots of fun for everyone. |

¤ Great Activities For The Family Trip |
Camping is a great way for families to spend time together, and is often the backdrop for cherished childhood memories. For those who have decided to take camping down to its most basic level and go tenting, there are no electronic conveniences that will keep the kids occupied during those times when there's a lull in the day or evening. As a result, you're going to have to get creative and provide their source of entertainment. That being the case, here are some great camping activities that your whole family will love. One way to both entertain and educate your children is to use natural materials you find in the area around your camp grounds to make Nature Bracelets. This is easy even for the youngest child since all you have to do is wind some masking tape around the wrists (adhesive side facing out) and attaching interesting items you find as you all take part in a nature walk. Make an interesting game for your budding naturalists as they try to identify various leaves, wildflowers, seeds and bits of shell from a hatched birds egg. Just inspect everything for safety before allowing your youngsters to touch or attach anything. You don't want a colorful bracelet made of poison oak or ivy! Hayrides are one of the more popular diversions that many camp grounds provide as entertainment for the campers. They are a lot of fun, especially if, like many groups, you incorporate them into an autumn or Halloween theme. The country smell of fresh mown hay will stay with you forever, so even just a ride in a hay wagon on a summer day can be memorable. Follow some commen sense rules of safety, as with most activities. Don't let young children go on their own, and be very careful of allergies. Make sure you or your children take your allergy medication if you need to. Another popular pasttime is singing around the campfire. But why not shake up tradition a bit, and make up you own songs instead of singing the old traditional songs? A fun way to do it would be to pick a song everyone knows, and then have everyone take turns making up a new, original verse. Encourage everyone to be as silly as possible, and you will come up with some interesting versions, and lots of laughs. The one warning here is not to sing too late into the evening to avoid complaints from neighbors. A puppet show will entertain the whole family when your young children put it on. They will enjoy using common campground items. They will be stimulating their little imaginations as they use a spatula as a person or a mess kits as a space ship. You can teach your children to wiggle little fingers into dogs and rabbits, just as you did when you were young. Do you remember making shadow figures using a flashlight when you were a kid? Shared experiences like this are what memories are made of. You should teach your children to use a compass so they will be safe while camping. You can make it into a game, and then be surer they will understand the lesson. After reviewing compass directions and how to read them, hide some items close by and give them compass coordinates to find them. If the items they have to find are prizes, watch how quickly they will learn! For safety's sake, make sure the prizes are within close range of the campground. You don't want your children to go into the woods away from your supervision and so you should discourage any wandering off by themselves. Camping has been shown to be a fun, healthy way to share quality family time. It is in inexpensive way to vacation, if you couldn't afford one otherwise. You and your family will be relaxed, learn a lot, and have fun! |

¤ Greek gods And Legends |
The myths and legends of Greek mythology continue to fascinate and inspire us as we read about these tales. You'll find that much of it is spread throughout modern life and as well is a strong basis for many of the other myths that can be found in other cultures. Many centuries ago Greek myths were the only religion for the people living in those times. While passage of time have resulted in blurred images and details, the core elements of all these myths have continued to survive in one form or other. In earlier times it was the Olympians that were prayed to and now these have been replaced by gods. Studies have revealed that Homeric Hymns and Homer are the source of origin of many Greek myths. It is safe to assume that since these were the first writings of Greek myths, they travelled from mouth to mouth and different interpretations may have resulted in some twists and turns before actually putting it down to paper. Therefore, most probably some information is missing from what we read today about the written words of Greeks myths and legends. Even though we know these mythical stories aren't exactly the same as they were originally, they still fascinate us. One of the best known creatures of that era is the Cyclops. It was a horrible looking monster who had only one eye, and it was in the middle of his forehead. There were actually three famous Cyclops: Arges, the lightning bolt, Steropes, lightning itself, and Brontes, was thunder. These Cyclops were sons of Uranus and Gaea (Mother Earth), two more Greek mythological creatures. The god of the skies and first king of the Olympians was Uranus. He and his mother Gaea produced the Titans. In Greek mythology it doesn't matter if mothers and sons produce children. Some historians have trouble dealing with this concept. Prometheus, who was the son of Iapetus, was the wisest, most intelligent of all the Titans. His name means "forethought". Because he was able to see into the future, people revered him. He was also the only Titan to battle with Zeus in a war against Cronus. Cronus was one of the most feared Titans, since he was the one that killed his father, Uranus, to gain power. Cronus married Rhea and together they had several children. However, in an attempt to always retain the power that he had, Cronus ate each of his children while they were being born. Eventually Rhea fooled Cronus into eating a stone instead of one of her children. This child became known as Zeus, who in later years would fight against Cronus with Prometheus, banishing Cronus to the underworld. Another Greek mythological creature is Typhoeus. Typhoeus was a dragon who breathed fire with his one hundred heads. This mythical creature has become the basis for much Greek art and sculpture. Typhoeus was eventually slain by Zeus and his resting place is said to be under Mount Etna. The legends of Greek mythology are endless and will keep you reading for hours. On the other side of the coin there is Roman mythology, which has its own heroes and monsters. Each of these cultures has a fascinating history that is brought to life through these myths and legends, highly influencing art and music to this day. |

¤ London Travel & Places to Visit |
London is Europe's largest city, spanning more than six hundred and twenty square miles from its heart on the River Thames. London is Europe's most diverse metropolises: there are around two hundred languages spoken within its confines, and more than thirty percent of the population is made up of first, second and third generation immigrants.
Despite Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish transference, London is still where the country's news and money are made. London is where the central government resides and where unsophisticated life begins. Londoners' sense of superiority causes enormous resentment in the regions, but it is undeniable that the capital has a great measure of success in most walks of British life.
Most of the major attractions in Europe is located in London. London boasts four World Heritage Sites, 238 attractions that are free to enter (so there's nowhere else in the world where you can see so much for so little). Visit the many museums and castles that the city has to offer.
About thirty percent of London is open space; the other areas are filled with hundereds of registered parks and gardens. Many of the parks have short walking paths and nature trails can be found in places like Hampstead Heath and Mile End Park, so let us put on our walking shoes and go for a stroll, take a picnic lunch for the end of your walk.
The National Gallery houses paintings ranging from 12th century to 19th century. including the works of Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Botticelli, Gainsborough, Turner, Cezanne along with other great works.
The British Museum exhibits the works of man from primitive to modern times with a collection from all around the world. The Rosetta stone, sculptures from the Parthenon and the Portland Vase are included in this museum. |

¤ Reykjavik Travel |
| Reykjavik is full of life stories, but you might have to stay up late to get them.
Europe's second-largest island hasn't outgrown its chilly reputation. The temperature averages 31°F in January and 58°F in July, but the midnight sun in summertime lighten the mood. English is widely spoken, and the city. Roughly 288,000 people live in Iceland, most in Reykjavík. Locals go berserk on June 17 in celebration of Independence Day, which marks the official split from Denmark in 1944. Icelandair makes daily flights to Keflavík International Airport, 45 minutes from Reykjavík. Many Icelanders believe that their land is populated by huldufolk -hidden people who inhabit volcanic fields. You could try to look for them, but the Culture House makes for a quicker primer. Continue your local immersion at the ReykjavIk Art Museum's three venues: Kjarvalsstaoir (painting and photos), Hafnarhus (contemporary art), and Asmundarsafn (sculpture). Reykjavík is an outdoorsy city. A paved trail hugs the coast and geothermally heated public pools bubble around the urban center. On warm days, rent a bike at Borgarhjol and pedal out to Grotta Beach lighthouse . Or join the "hot-pot people" on a morning dip in the whirlpools at Laugardalslaug Thermal Pool. T he Icelandic style remains decidedly cool and minimalist. Kirsuberjatreo is a design cooperative run by ten female artists. Fish skin handbags, pendulous jewelry, and mossy felt hats fill the shelves. Music lovers get their mellow kicks at 12 Tonar, a CD store and listening lounge with a smart selection of Icelandic music. Reykjavík means "smoky bay," an appellation that goes undisputed by puffing locals. If you can take the smoke there's a lot of fire to the city's weekend scene. At Cafe Culture, I heard Angurgapi, a hip jazz fusion band. |

¤ Lisbon Travel |
Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal. Lisbon is the westernmost capital in mainland Europe. It is located in the west of the country, on the Atlantic Ocean coast at the point where the river Tagus flows into the Atlantic Ocean. Lisbon is one of the warmest European capitals. Spring and Summer months are usually sunny and maximum temperatures close to or above 30 °C during July and August, with low between 15 and 20 °C. Autumn and Winter are typically rainy and windy, yet sunny days are not rare either, the temperatures rarely fall below 5 °C, usually staying at an average of 10 °C.
The heart of the city is the Baixa or downtown, this area of the city is being considered for UNESCO World Heritage Site status. The oldest district of the city is Alfama, close to the Tagus, which has made it relatively unscathed through the various earthquakes. The Castle of Sao Jorge, atop the tallest hill of the central city, Praça do Comercio (Commerce Square), Rossio Square, Restauradores Square, Elevador de Santa Justa, an elevator (lift) in Gothic revival style, built around 1900 to connect the Baixa and Bairro Alto. Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Tower The city of Lisbon is rich in architecture; Romanesque, Gothic, Manueline, Baroque, Traditional Portuguese, Modern and Post-Modern constructions can be found all over the city. The city is also crossed by great boulevards and monuments along these main thoroughfares, particularly in the upper districts; notable among these are the Avenida da Liberdade, Avenida Fontes Pereira de Mello, Avenida Almirante Reis and Avenida da Republica. Lisbon opera house, named Teatro Nacional Sao Carlos, hosts a relatively active culture agenda, mainly in Autumn and Winter. Other important theatres and musical houses are the Centro Cultural de Belem, the Teatro D Maria and the Gulbenkian Foundation. |

¤ Swan Sea Of Wales |
| The city of Swansea is located in South Wales, part of Great Britain. Some people (even English people) incorrectly consider Wales to be part of England. This is not the case as there are cultural differences between Wales and the rest of Britain in particular the Welsh language which is still spoken by a significant minority of the Welsh population. The city is linked to the rest of South Wales, London and Bristol by the M4 motorway. There is an hourly train service to London with a journey time of less than three hours. In addition there is a regular car and passenger ferry to Cork in Ireland. Swansea first became a tourist destination during the 18th century when it was known as 'Brighton of the West'. The city's redeveloped Maritime Quarter recaptures a flavour of that era. With the expansion of the railway network during the 19th century, tourism grew rapidly. The fishing village of Mumbles at the western end of Swansea Bay became an important South Wales resort. This area is still popular with visitors today. Mumbles has a large number of pleasant pubs (the 'Mumbles Mile'), a varied selection of restaurants and interesting shops. It is also a convenient base for visiting the unspoilt beaches of nearby Gower. Swansea Maritime & Industrial Museum has been set up as part of the redevelopment of the Maritime Quarter and Swansea Marina. Its contents reflect the city's industrial and maritime heritage. There are plans to develop the museum further to become the Maritime & Industrial Museum for the whole of Wales. |

¤ Dublin |
Ireland had become, for good reason, one of the most popular vacations spots in the world. A "proper" trip to the "The Emerald Isle" would, ideally, take at least two weeks, and allow the traveler to get a quick overview of this beautiful country. However, with the hurried lifestyles many of us find ourselves in these days, this is not always feasible. So where should you go for a true taste of Ireland when your time is limited?
The most obvious choice, and a good one, would of course be the captial city of Dublin. While Dublin has a large city feel, it also has a very typical Irish "feel" which means a pleasant combination of old and new and is populated by extememly courteous and friendly people. As justly famous as Ireland is for its scenery, no small part of its charm is its people. You seldom get the impression of meeting someone who is thinking "Remember be nice to tourist. "Instead what you normally run into are geniunely friendly people who are thinking "Any one interested in Ireland is all right with me." The people of Dublin are proud of their city and their country and want to you to share that pride.
One place you absolutely must not miss is Grafton Street. A walk down this broad lane, closed to motor traffic, will be one of the highlights of your stay. Shops and restaurants flank both sides of the street. Interspersed along the way are very talented street musicians, playing everything from traditional Irish music to classical and always doing a wonderful job of it. It cannot be described, only seen and experienced. String quartets, flutists, bagpipers and even stepdancers are from one end of the street to the other. When one stops, you have only a short walk to find another. There is one site I consider a must see, but it is somewhat out from the area I have kept us in so far. This is the Killmainham Gaol (jail). A short bus ride from the city takes you to this poigant building. Built in the 1700's it was used largely as a political prison and now is a monument to Irish liberty.
No doubt tour Ireland is a must visit destination for Global Tourists. |

¤ Ski Resorts |
If you and your family love to ski, finding a ski resort
that's good for the whole family unit can be a bit
trying at times. Finding a resort that offers something
for everyone in your family at different stages of skiing
can be done. There are many excellent ski resorts that
have different grades of skiing classes, as well as the
other important things in life like the food and the
accommodations as well. Whether your going to the East
or West of the United States, or are thinking of taking
the family overseas, you will find the right family resort
that will offer every family member something to
remember.
If you have a family of expert skiers, then the resort in
Alpental, washington may be the place for you. They have
over 500 acres of beautiful back country skiing just
waiting to be explored. The runs are challenging and when
you get to the top of the slops, a wonderful view will take
your breath away. On the East side of the country, New
England has some pretty great resorts of their own. Vermont
especially is know for it's wonderful snow skiing, as well
as some great skiing country. Mad River Glen is just one of
the mentioned resorts here. If you're like skiing through
the quiet of tree lined trails, Mad River has just what
your looking for.
Jay Peak is another great place for more advanced skiers
in the family. This New England dream has snowfall that's
perfect for those who would rather take their time and
meander through their vacation. If your thinking about
going over seas, there's a place in Australia that has
skiers dreaming about their next vacation travels. The
Perisher Blue is a truly spectacular place to go snow
skiing. With over seven mountain peaks to choose from,
every skier in the family will find a snow slop made just
for them and their level of skiing. This place is truly a
family skiing resort.
Canada is also a great place for the whole family to
take a skiing vacation. The Whistler Blackcomb is world
renowned for it's wonderful skiing terrain. If you have a
skier that likes a breath taking skiing challenge, then
the slops here will do the trick. Younger and less
experienced skiers also find this place perfect for their
level of expertise. If a nice quiet vacation is more of
what your looking for, then the Crystal Mountain in
Washington may be more to your liking. This place has
something for everyone, beautiful mountain views, great
eating restaurants and comfortable accommodations may be
just what the vacation doctor orders.
Another popular family resort located in Main, is the
Camden Snow Bowl. This beautiful resort is nestled around
a small little town that has left the hustle and bustle of
city life behind. This ski resort is the only one in the
country that has a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean.
This place is for the vacation memory books, and you will
be talking about this family vacation for awhile. Your
friends will have to visit just to see what all the fuss
is about. Going out West? A best kept secret is the
Mt. Rosa, in the great state of Nevada. This wonderful
surprise has some spectacular views and the price is right
too. This is a number one family vacation spot that will
be enjoyed by everyone. |
